Act 01

The arch.

A silhouette gives attention a subject. A broad gesture is read before a fine detail.

Act 02

The measure.

A line makes the proportion visible. The second entrance adds an explanation.

Act 03

The ground.

A base gives the image a place to rest. A quiet ending lets the reader catch up.

From rehearsal to interface

Movement with a reason.

Use a sequence to show how something is built, to compare before and after, or to guide attention between related details. Essential words stay visible throughout this study.

About this model

A score, not a stopwatch.

Progress is a percentage of available scroll distance. The reader determines the duration. These are authored geometric transforms; the smooth option uses the cubic curve 3t² − 2t³. Travel is measured in an 800 × 640 drawing space, not physical units.

The scene has no autonomous animation or render loop. The saved example updates on scrolling and resize, and presents the full composition with JavaScript off or reduced motion on.
