Citrine
Honey light, basalt & the November birthstone.
A late-afternoon room in southern Brazil: lemon plaster, honey linen and a slab of banded agate, grounded by dark basalt and a little yerba-mate green.

01 / The palette
Six colors, one atmosphere.
Screen colors are authored interpretations. Material photographs show surface character; they are not calibrated color samples.
02 / Play with the composition
Let the light do the gilding.
Start with lemon walls and a honey textile, then keep the deep topaz orange to one glass object. Move the beam of afternoon light and its warmth below to see how much gold the room can take.

Sources & interpretation
A contemporary room and specimen arrangement inspired by citrine and agate associated with Rio Grande do Sul. Colors are authored from a styled arrangement, not measured from a particular specimen. Heat treatment of amethyst is the common origin of commercial citrine; the study does not identify any stone as natural or treated.
The palette follows the authored material references in this collection. Room, object and material imagery were created for this study. These are imagined settings, with no affiliation to the fictional interface brands.
The controls explore screen composition, not physical pigment recipes or material measurements. Image rights · Image permissions
